Whatever goal you set for yourself, she uses her knowledge to help you achieve it as effectively as possible. She understands that changing habits and achieving balance takes time and she will be there to support you along the way. Within her 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, she has been working with a wide variety of clients, from people new to exercise, to Olympic level athletes. Marketa has also worked with clients with specific health conditions. This range of expertise will allow her to design a programme that fits your needs perfectly. She specialises in correcting muscular imbalances and posture to help you move freely and without pain. She is also qualified in GP referrals as well as pre and post-natal exercise and nutrition. She loves every form of exercise, especially functional training and Yoga. She has a holistic approach to life and is currently studying to become a Yoga Teacher.
