After experiencing first hand how a healthy lifestyle can help with your own mental and physical wellbeing first hand, Amelia developed a passion for fitness.  After having 4 children she understands just how vital it is to try and find the balance between a busy working and family life with time for yourself.

Amelia enjoys a variety of exercise; she has participated in half marathons over the years and has developed a love for strength training. She appreciates the gym anxieties that many come across when entering a gym environment for the first time as she used to feel the exact same way.

Amelia is also a qualified broga (strength based yoga) instructor and spin instructor.

She loves learning and is currently finishing her pre and postnatal qualification so she can help others regain their strength and confidence after having a baby.
